Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Return & Replacement Requests

You must apply for a return or replacement with us within 15 days after receiving your order for the following reasons (No extra shipping fee will be charged for reshipment):

1. Product is damaged upon arrival;

2. Incorrect product is delivered;

3. Size of the received product significantly differs from the order;

4. Logistics status has not been updated for a prolonged period.

Please Note

1. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can consult our customer service team to resolve the issue.

2. Due to lighting during photo shooting or display settings, the item color in advertisement photos may slightly differ from the actual product. Therefore, please allow up to a 20% variance between the store images and the physical product you receive.

3. For severe issues, we may choose to offer a replacement or refund within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, you may be permitted to keep the original product.

How to Apply

To initiate a complaint or return process, please contact our customer support team at yawenhe666@gmail.com. You should include the following information for faster processing:

1. Your Order Number;

2. Videos or photos of the defective/damaged product;

3. If your request is regarding an incorrect item, please attach clear photos of the item received;

4. If your claim involves sizing issues, please include a photo of the affected apparel measured with a measuring tape or ruler.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved by our support team, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to process. After the refund is issued, the time required for funds to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution. Please refer to the table below:

• Prepaid Cards: Refund processing time depends on the card issuer and may take up to 30 days according to their policy.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often processing time (around 5 business days) before a refund is posted.
